- 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
- Pure dayshifts only.
- CTC Fresher’s : 250000 & Experience : 270000
- Rounds of Interview : HR & Operation round along with Versant Test.
- Updated E-Aadhar mandatory for interview

**Role & responsibilities**
- Handling customer & merchant calls.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

1 Excellent Communication Skills in English & **Hindi. (Hindi is Mandatory)**

2. Fresher’s with good communication in English & Hindi can apply.

3. Voice/Semi Voice/Tele calling/ Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.

5. Good typing skills ( 25-30 WPM)

6. Immediate Joiners preferred.

7.One way cab facility. (Based on shifts)
