**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with chemists daily to provide support, gather feedback, and address queries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Explain product details, offers, and promotions clearly in Tamil/Malayalam.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and share daily updates with the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, or complaints as needed.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or tele sales role (pharma background preferred).
- Fluent in **Tamil and Malayalam** (verbal communication is a must).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and resolve issues tactfully.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus.
- High level of patience and empathy when dealing with clients.
- Ready to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals domain is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
