Roles and Responsibilities - Tech Support Executive

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English, Telugu, and Hindi, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers and internal teams, using phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for effective follow-up.
  • Send timely updates, reminders, and relevant information to customers via WhatsApp and email communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the companys database or CRM system.
  • Make proactive calls to customers for scheduling meetings, collecting feedback, and providing ongoing support.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and concerns, ensuring efficient and effective resolution in a professional manner.
  • Provide daily updates and reports to management on customer interactions, sales progress, and support tasks.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all customer interactions—calls, messages, and emails—are properly documented and aligned with company policies.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar tech support or customer service role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
