Talent Advisory – Tech Hiring

This role offers a strong foundation in headhunting, stakeholder management, and market research with opportunities to grow into a client-facing leadership position.

You will work closely with consultants and client stakeholders to execute end-to-end technology hiring mandates across engineering, product and DevOps roles.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and driving volume technology hiring for leading automobile company and high-growth startups
  • Partnering with Senior Consultants to drive sourcing strategies and support execution of technology mandates
  • Building robust candidate pipelines for niche and high-impact roles using Boolean searches, social media, talent mapping and other data-driven sourcing techniques
  • Researching market trends, talent availability and competitor intelligence to support hiring decisions
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders—founders, tech leaders and internal TA—to deeply understand role requirements and target profiles
  • Identifying and sourcing top talent in the tech industry

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in an RPO tech-focused or fast-paced search environment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools and job boards like Naukri/Instahyre/Foundit/LinkedIn
  • A passion for sourcing, talent intelligence and building high-performing teams from the ground up
