Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality classroom instruction in programming, software engineering, and emerging technologies.
• Integrate research-backed pedagogy and industry-relevant practices into classroom delivery, driving innovation and excellence.
• Mentor students in academic, career, and project development goals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.
• Take ownership of curriculum planning, enhancement, and delivery, ensuring alignment with academic and industry standards.
• Contribute to research-led content development and drive innovation in teaching methodologies, enhancing the learning experience for students.
• Support capstone projects, hackathons, and collaborative research opportunities with industry partners, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Foster a high-performance learning environment in classes of 70–100 students, encouraging active participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous student development and program quality, maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence.
• Engage actively in faculty training, peer reviews, and academic audits, contributing to the institution's commitment to ongoing improvement and professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, IT, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
• Strong academic and research orientation, preferably with publications or project contributions, demonstrating expertise in the field.
• Prior experience in teaching/training/mentoring at the undergraduate/postgraduate level is preferred, showcasing ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.
• A deep commitment to education, student success, and continuous improvement, reflecting a passion for lifelong learning and professional growth.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, and advanced programming paradigms, with a strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and Software Engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, classroom delivery, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of students.
• Familiarity with academic content tools like Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and other relevant digital platforms, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
