Responsibilities:

  1. Record high-quality video lectures on software development topics using a clear, engaging, and beginner-friendly delivery style.
  2. Design and deliver video content that meets industry standards, academic rigor, and quality benchmarks.
  3. Collaborate with the curriculum team to structure modules and ensure conceptual clarity throughout.
  4. Translate technical concepts into simple explanations that resonate with learners.
  5. Take full ownership of your content's quality, accuracy, and delivery.
  6. Actively contribute to content planning, reviews, and QA processes.
  7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate relevant developments into instructional content.
  8. Pursue continuous professional growth in both pedagogy and modern software development practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recording tech-based video content or delivering technical lectures.

Required Skills:

  • Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on development experience using the MERN stack and modern tools like GenAI.
  • Solid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Proficiency in content development tools like Google Sheets, Slides, etc.
  • Ability to create engaging, high-quality, and technically accurate recorded content.
  • Comfortable adopting new tech platforms for collaboration and student engagement.
  • Strong empathy, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with diverse learner backgrounds.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and Agile/Sprint-based workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and learner needs.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to instructional challenges.
  • Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and drive to deliver top-notch teaching outcomes.
