We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a sales team, motivate individuals, and help learners launch successful tech careers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, coaching, and training professionals to excel in conversion and revenue goals.

  • Manage a dynamic sales team comprising Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives
  • Coach and train team members to consistently meet and exceed targets
  • Guide prospective learners through our CCBP 4.0 programs, providing expert advice and support
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to product demos, closures, and post-sale support
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure targets are met
  • Share insights with marketing and leadership to enhance strategies and customer experience
  • Address escalations and operational issues promptly and professionally
  • Set clear objectives, measure progress, and celebrate successes

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience managing a sales team (EdTech background preferred)
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities
  • Sales-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping learners grow
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering an excellent learner experience
