Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team (EdTech experience preferred)
  • Fluency in Tamil and strong English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities
  • Sales-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping learners grow
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
