Coding Ninjas is an online EdTech company that aims to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. Our team of pioneers in EdTech continuously curate student-centric learning programs, focusing on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with skills in software development.

We have upskilled over 2,00,000+ students, including 5,000+ IITians, and are now building a next-gen 4-year AI-native program combining a world-class campus with our decade-long expertise in edtech.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be driving programs that accelerate our vision. You'll thrive on unlocking new business opportunities, being the bridge between our brand and external ecosystems.

Requirements

We seek someone with 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Comfort with ambiguity, a bias towards action and learning by doing, and proven ability to juggle multiple projects are essential.
