Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Coach and train team members to consistently exceed conversion and revenue goals by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Guide prospective learners through our programs and help them envision their future in tech by providing clear and concise information about our offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to product demos, closures, and post-sale support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Track team performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure targets are met by leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team with a proven track record of success in EdTech.
- Fluency in English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities with a genuine interest in helping learners grow.
