Academic Counselor Role

In this high-impact position, you will:

  • Manage a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and train team members to consistently improve conversions.
  • Counsel learning prospects, offer career guidance, and explain how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers.
  • Communicate the value and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales closing lifecycle, including calls, product demonstrations, closures, and post-sales engagement.
  • Maintain a detailed record of lead interactions and provide feedback to enhance lead quality.
  • Drive weekly targets related to revenue and enrollments.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Native fluency in Telugu and strong command of English.
