Job Description:
  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely problem resolution and efficient services delivery.
  • Utilize post-sales interactions to identify revenue opportunities, providing qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Deliver customer education courses on-site and remotely, promoting cost-effective application method deployment on instruments.
  • Address method technology transfer issues between instruments and coordinate projects requiring collaboration with other functions and customers.
  • Train internal and external teams, providing technical support and responding promptly to customer queries and critical issues.
  • Participate in programs to stimulate demand for products and services, ensuring timely execution.
  • Perform installations, maintenance, repairs, software and hardware validation as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Instrumentation, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Life Science.
  • Relevant theoretical knowledge of analytical instruments like LC, GC, MS, FTIR, qPCR, etc.
  • 0-18 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred candidates should have experience with LCMS, LC/QTOF for Biopharma and qPCR, Tape Station, Bioanalyzers.

Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services to our customers. This includes providing timely support, identifying revenue opportunities, and delivering customer education courses.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Masters Degree in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and 0-18 months of experience in a related field.
