Job Title: Multifaceted Support Specialist

Overview of the Role

This is a multifaceted role that involves providing exceptional customer support to clients across various geographies.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound international calls, resolving customer queries in a professional manner, and communicating clearly and effectively in English.
  • He/She will also be required to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions via chat and email, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in written communication.
  • Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and adhere to quality and performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Resolve complex customer queries through active listening, empathetic understanding, and appropriate response strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless issue resolution and build trust.
  • Identify and escalate critical customer issues to supervisor or manager as per established escalation procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in any field (preferably related to Business Administration or Communication Studies).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to communicate effectively in diverse cultural contexts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
