**Job Title: Customer Support Voice (Prepaid Voice)**

**Job Location**: Hitech City

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Shift Timing**: 24/7 (Rotational, Night, and Graveyard shifts, 5 days a week)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Actively listen to customers’ concerns and handle complaints professionally.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations regarding services and products offered.
- Review account information and respond to customer queries effectively.
- Address basic telecom-related queries, such as:

- Signal issues
- Network problems
- SIM issues (e.g., SIM detection problems)
- Hotspot connectivity concerns
- Handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Multitask efficiently and make quick decisions independently.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with logical thinking and spontaneity.
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation.
- Ability to understand and resolve basic telecom-related queries.
- Demonstrated ability to handle tough situations and complex customer complaints.
- A proactive and logical problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and graveyard shifts.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries.

**Roles**:

- **Customer Support Voice - Prepaid Voice (U1 Band)**:

- **Experience**: 12 to 17 months
- **CTC**: ₹3,90,000
- **Customer Support Voice - Prepaid Voice (U1 Band)**:

- **Experience**: 18 to 23 months
- **CTC**: ₹4,20,000
- **Sr. Customer Support Voice - Prepaid Voice (U2 Band)**:

- **Experience**: 24 months and above
- **CTC**: ₹4,40,000

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
