
Front Office Operations Coordinator

A Front Office Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with daily Front Office operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager with daily tasks and duties
- Provide prompt service and actively seek opportunities to enhance Guest satisfaction
- Ensure team members are informed of any relevant feedback from Guests or other departments
- Manage, resolve or escalate any Guest complaints quickly and efficiently
- Work closely with facilities and services within the hotel to identify opportunities for upselling and promoting events
- Advise team members of special events or VIP Guests in the hotel for accommodations or events
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area, as well as being aware of the daily hotel event schedule
- Attend all Front Office meetings and participate in discussions
- Follow fire, health and safety regulations and procedures when required
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Within the hotel/leisure/retail sector
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with Guests and Team Members
- Commitment to Delivering High-Quality Customer Service: Proven track record of providing exceptional service
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Grooming Standards: Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Flexibility: Respond to various work situations and adapt to changing circumstances
It would be advantageous to have:
- High Level of IT Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems and software
