Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Overseeing regular maintenance and ensuring the physical infrastructure (e.g., plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC) is in good working order.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Energy Management: Managing energy consumption (e.g., lighting, heating, air conditioning) and implementing sustainability measures to reduce costs and environmental impact.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Developing and managing the facility budget, identifying areas for cost reduction, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a hospitality, hotel, or co-working space environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and front-office management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills honed in hotel management.
