
Global Credit Operations Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned credit management professional to lead and oversee end-to-end credit operations, ensuring full compliance with established credit terms and policies. The role involves developing and managing accurate and timely customer credit MIS reports to internal and external stakeholders.
">- Oversee all aspects of credit management, including credit hold/release processes and ensure adherence to company credit policies across all customer accounts.
- Develop and manage comprehensive customer onboarding and settlement processes, leveraging lifecycle mapping and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain Advanced Reporting (AR) MIS dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making; lead periodic credit reviews with business heads to drive strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage daily credit operations, support key account reconciliations, and conduct stakeholder calls to align credit processes with regional requirements.
- Leverage strong IT proficiency, particularly in ERP systems (preferably JDE) and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools, to implement process automation and drive data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in credit management, AR, or financial operations in a multinational or complex business environment.
- Deep understanding of credit risk, compliance, and policy enforcement principles.
- Proven ability to prepare and present actionable dashboards and MIS reports to various stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement across geographies.
- Computer literacy, with sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably JDE) and BI/reporting tools.
