We are seeking a skilled finance professional to lead our credit and collection efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive to build a global career. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic credit and collection initiatives, managing risk to ensure sustained business growth, and providing leadership to the credit team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and review credit and collection policies to align with current market conditions and industry best practices.
  • Analyze and manage the credit management tool in line with established procedures.
  • Clearly communicate the credit policy to stakeholders through training and internal communications.
  • Balance risks and opportunities when assessing customer needs and company risk exposure.
  • Ensure new accounts are correctly assessed and processed efficiently.
  • Monitor compliance with credit policy and internal controls to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the credit team to drive high performance and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified CA or MBA in Finance/International Business Economics.
  • A graduation degree in Commerce or Accounting is preferred.
  • Advanced level knowledge in Excel and Business Intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence business decision-making.
  • The ability to maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external clients, and internal colleagues.
  • Internationally mobile and ready for a multinational career.
