
Front Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office administration, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including visitor management, facilities coordination, and administrative support.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage front office administration, including interacting with internal clients, managing office vehicle schedules, maintaining reception, lobby area, washrooms, and ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and upkeep areas.
- Ensure immediate response to all priority calls and facilities-related issues during the shift and follow the escalation process.
- Handle Visitor Management Tool, maintain timely MIS and database, daily inspection of premises for cleanliness and hygiene, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Direct day-to-day facility operations, including invoice management, cafeteria operations, and vendor management for timely delivery of goods and consumables.
- Support the site team for hotel booking and guest travel arrangements, job allocation and deployment of manpower for day-to-day activities, and work closely with the building management team for parking allocation.
About You:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Hospitality, Business Administration, or Office Management) or 12th pass with a diploma in Front Office Operations or Office Administration.
- You have 2-4 years of relevant experience in front office, facilities coordination, or administrative support in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with visitor management systems, Zoho ticketing tools, vendor coordination, and soft services is essential.
