Key Responsibilities for the Telecaller Role

  • Initiate and conduct a high volume of outgoing calls to engage with both existing and prospective clients, with the goal of promoting the purchase of our products.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve any concerns or issues, and solicit feedback for improvement.
  • Document key takeaways from each conversation for future reference.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and timely acceptance of offers.
  • Monitor and record all sales attempts, categorizing them as successful or unsuccessful.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align expectations.
