Job Description

At 91 AT WORK, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
  2. Client Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  3. Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute branding and social media campaigns that align with client objectives.
  4. Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
  5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
  6. Solution Delivery: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the branding, advertising, or social media industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, with expert knowledge of Instagram (now Meta) and LinkedIn.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
