Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team at 91 AT WORK. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs and goals, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role: As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute branding and social media campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding, advertising, and social media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the branding, advertising, or social media industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, with a priority on expert knowledge of Instagram (now Meta) and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for marketing and client success.
