Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team at 91 AT WORK. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will provide excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute branding and social media campaigns that align with client objectives.
You will monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights. You will also proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the branding, advertising, or social media industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, with a priority on expert knowledge of Instagram (now Meta, in combination with Facebook) and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for marketing and client success.
