About the Role:
This is a high-profile position that requires a deep understanding of the fintech industry, digital rewards platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and gift card & loyalty programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the complete onboarding journey for new brand partners, from initial discussion to final go-live, ensuring smooth execution across legal, technical, and operational checkpoints. Additionally, they will serve as the key point of contact for partner brands, providing timely support and long-term retention strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end partner lifecycle management process, including onboarding, servicing, and offboarding
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive commercial growth through partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless execution and contract closure
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to partner brands, ensuring timely issue resolution and long-term satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, servicing, and onboarding
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
