Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven PPC Manager to join our digital marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across Google and Meta platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other performance platforms to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, social, and email, to drive integrated results.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Proactively pitch strategies to drive business growth.
- Requirements:
- 6–9 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency focused on e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client.
- Strong understanding of metrics such as return on ad spend, margins, funnel bottlenecks, and ability to think beyond click-through rate.
- Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
- Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.
- Success Metrics:
- Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably.
- Reducing customer acquisition cost without hurting conversions.
- Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.
