High-Performing Marketing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to drive revenue growth through strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive campaign plans, leveraging keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize performance.
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversions.
  • Collaboration and Creativity: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize returns and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running paid marketing campaigns (preferably for e-commerce brands).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • E-commerce Understanding: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
