We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our growth initiatives, you will drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Continuously optimize performance to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Lead experiments with ad creative – including copy, visuals, and formats – to discover breakthrough campaigns
  • Analyze data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fast-growing startups or global brands
  • Proven track record managing campaigns for international markets
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools
  • A creative mind with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Confident ownership – from setting strategy to leading execution
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction
