Results-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to lead our advertising campaigns and drive growth for our US-based clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful ad campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This role is responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms. The specialist will develop and implement targeted audience strategies tailored to the US market, working closely with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, is essential.

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement audience targeting strategies tailored to the US market.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing ads.
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients and understanding of the US market is essential.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
