Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads & Facebook Ads accounts to achieve client goals. You will analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, creating experiments to optimize performance.

You will track and report campaign performance metrics and other KPIs, collaborate on creative ideation for ad creatives and video content, and monitor monthly campaign spend and plan for upcoming months.

You will also lead client calls, presenting data insights and performance updates, and coordinate with team members using Slack and project management tools to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client goals
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics and other KPIs
  • Collaborate on creative ideation for ad creatives and video content
  • Monitor monthly campaign spend and plan for upcoming months
  • Lead client calls, presenting data insights and performance updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills to break down data and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution
