Lead QA Engineer for Automation & Performance Testing

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can oversee the implementation of automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in test automation, performance testing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
  • Design and execute performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools.
  • Monitor and report QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to sprints.
Technical Requirements:
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java.
  • Working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
  • Experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.

Strong experience in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution is also highly valued.
