Job Title: Office Manager

The ideal candidate should possess:

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in office administration and HR.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
