Sales Enablement Strategist

Job Summary:
As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Truva, you will play a critical role in empowering our sales team to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, developing sales enablement materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement training programs to equip the sales team with the tools and resources necessary to maximize their effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions, and product teams to create relevant and impactful content that aligns with sales strategies and customer needs.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure the sales team is meeting objectives.
• Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and improve enablement programs and tools.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in real estate or technology.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to create engaging training materials and programs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales enablement tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva.
