Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Developing and maintaining sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales process.
  • Collaborating with marketing, acquisitions, and product teams to create relevant and impactful content that aligns with sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure the sales team is meeting objectives.
  • Gathering feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and improve enablement programs and tools.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, acquisitions, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and customer insights.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in real estate or technology.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging training materials and programs.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva.
