Sales Enablement Professional

Truva is seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Specialist to drive sales success and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to maximise their effectiveness and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions, and product teams to create relevant and impactful content that aligns with sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure the sales team is meeting objectives.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and improve enablement programs and tools.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, acquisitions, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and customer insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in real estate or technology.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging training materials and programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales enablement tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva.
