About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Compensation Enablement Professional to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering better care for billions of people around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical services for global compensation programs and projects, ensuring objectives are met in an effective and timely manner.
  • Support monthly and annual updates to K-C's market pricing system (MarketPay), as well as annual maintenance and audit of job data.
  • Contribute to the administration of the annual merit and incentive compensation planning in Workday to ensure accurate planning and pay calculation for payroll processing.
  • Prepare company data for submissions to compensation surveys conducted by outside companies and organization.
  • Manage compensation-related content updates for K-C's employee portal.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate on process improvement activities associated with leveraging data and technology.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of compensation analysis experience or related experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and PC skills in performance of complex analysis and modeling.
  • Knowledge & experience with Workday, preferred.
  • A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned projects.
  • Must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple systems including Workday and Market Pay.
  • Excellent Excel skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary, including with global teams.
  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
