As a Delivery Head, you will be responsible for achieving delivery goals and revenue targets by effectively handling key accounts and their telecom requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end RFP from customer existing/new accounts, coordinating first kick-off meetings, reviewing customer requirements, and ensuring preparation of RFS and project take-off.
  • Handle day-to-day customer management operations, providing timely resolution for customer issues and complaints within TAT, ensuring long-term relations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly interface with clients to account for any changes in customer needs, practicing effective relationship management, especially for clients requiring data solutions.
  • Generate repeat business, new business, increase account penetration, and work closely with Regional Business Managers.
Key Responsibilities:

This includes managing the entire RFP process, coordinating kick-off meetings, and preparing for project take-off. It also involves handling day-to-day customer operations, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining long-term relationships.

The role requires regular communication with clients to understand their changing needs and implementing effective relationship management strategies.

The goal is to generate repeat business, new business, and increase account penetration while working closely with Regional Business Managers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT technologies and Telecom business domain knowledge. They should also have good knowledge of Telecom business and operating processes across different verticals.

Additionally, they should have in-depth understanding/knowledge of cutting-edge sales and CRM concepts, as well as customer business processes, deliverables, competitors, and expansion plans.

The candidate should possess professional skills such as customer focus, account mapping, customer needs understanding, persuasion and negotiation skills, relationship management, customer retention, and service focus.

They should also have operational effectiveness skills like initiative and passion, resource management, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, achievement orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Finally, they should have strategic focus skills such as decision-making, sensing opportunities, and business cognizance.
