Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Lead to oversee the delivery of complex telecom and IT infrastructure projects.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading full lifecycle delivery of telecom programs/projects covering telecom application deployments, upgrades, and network infrastructure rollouts. Your expertise in coordinating across diverse teams including telecom, IT, network engineering, operations, vendors, etc. is essential to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

You will develop detailed program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Your ability to track program progress and resolve cross-functional dependencies and issues impacting timelines or quality is crucial to our success.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale technical programs in telecom, IT infrastructure, or network deployment domains. You will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, as well as proficiency in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence).

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing vendor coordination and third-party integrations involved in application and network infrastructure projects
  • Facilitating communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring visibility on risks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensuring compliance with telecom standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements during deployments and upgrades
  • Driving continuous improvement in program management practices and tools to optimize delivery efficiency

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a Bachelors or masters degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional, cross-cultural, projects with multiple stakeholders across various international regions is a must.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs in telecom, IT infrastructure, or network deployment domains
  • Experience in coordinating application deployments and infrastructure upgrades across multiple technology domains
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional, cross-cultural, projects with multiple stakeholders across various international regions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
