Job Title

As a seasoned telecom testing professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for CRM (Siebel), billing (Kennan), and integration platforms (Webmethods).
  • Analyze complex telecom business and technical requirements to create detailed test cases.
  • Execute manual and automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for APIs and web services using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Validate telecom-specific features such as call flows, billing, provisioning, and network configurations for mobile (GSM), fixed line, broadband and TV products.
  • Ensure data integrity through backend validation and SQL queries.
  • Manage multiple channels (CRM, online portals, mobile apps) and ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to achieve test coverage and quality goals.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the telecom domain.
  • Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS systems including Siebel CRM and Kennan billing.
  • Proficient in API testing and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Webmethods, and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
