Job Title: Telecom Systems Specialist

We are seeking skilled and motivated Telecom System Specialists to fill key roles within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of telecom domain systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in network implementation, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain telecom systems, applications, and databases with optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform patch installations, firmware upgrades, and system optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, rating & charging, provisioning, and CRM systems with minimal downtime.
  • Implement and support network solutions including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and AAA systems to meet business requirements.
  • Work with technologies such as Apache, Cisco, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Oracle, JavaScript, and JSP to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support telecom operations and customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Telecom Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, CRM, provisioning, and charging systems with practical experience.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Apache, Cisco, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Oracle, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Radius, Diameter, and AAA with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Scripting/Programming: Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JSP with experience in developing scalable and efficient scripts.
  • System Management: Expertise in patch installation, firmware upgrades, and system troubleshooting with a focus on minimizing downtime.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical ability with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written documentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field with a strong foundation in programming and software development.
  • Prior experience in telecom domain support or system engineering roles with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
