Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) specialist to ensure the reliability of our telecommunications platforms. The role involves manual and automation testing to validate the performance, scalability, and compliance of high-availability systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for telecom workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain complex automation test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG/JUnit.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across OSS/BSS modules, leveraging expertise in telecom domain knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, providing clear insights into testing processes and outcomes.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to team decision-making and process improvement.
  • Integrate automation suites seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment of tested software.
  • Validate system performance under load using JMeter or LoadRunner, simulating real-world scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manual Testing: Expertise in test case design, telecom workflows, and defect tracking.
  • Automation Testing: Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven.
  • Telecom Domain: In-depth knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, CRM, billing, provisioning, and network protocols.
  • Agile Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, and collaboration tools.
  • CI/CD & Version Control: Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and GitLab.
