Telecom Solutions Expert

This is a strategic role that requires expertise in Telecom and AI/GenAI solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to telecom clients, helping them navigate the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and telecom needs, and design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address these pain points.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
