About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic HR leader to spearhead our regional HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, talent development, performance management, personnel administration, and organizational support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Talent Development: Launch employee training programs, implement strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, facilitate and deliver training sessions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Performance Management System: Conduct training on the Performance Management System and associated policies, provide guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensure timely completion of Performance Management processes.
  • Personnel Administration: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Support: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, oversee office facilities, manage procurement and inventory, and ensure effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
