We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with leadership and employees to create a positive and productive work environment, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform business decisions, drive growth, and improve productivity.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Strengthen work relationships, improve morale, and enhance retention through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and contribute to workforce and succession planning strategies to meet future business needs.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, supporting professional development and career advancement.
  • Recommend and implement innovative HR strategies to drive business success, improve employee experience, and enhance organizational excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong people management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach, using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging HR metrics to drive decision-making, improve processes, and optimize performance.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and compliance, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
  • A comprehensive understanding of all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
