Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead end-to-end bid management and solution development for our Healthcare vertical.
The ideal candidate will drive and manage the complete bid lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design winning solutions that meet client needs while aligning with our offerings.
- Bid Management & Solution Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive bid strategies that improve win-rate and ensure alignment with GTM plans and customer objectives.
- Craft compelling value propositions and sales narratives that differentiate us from competitors.
- GTM Strategy & Storytelling:
- Design and implement GTM strategies tailored to the Healthcare segment.
- Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, delivery, and product teams to deliver compliant and commercially sound bids.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team including Bid Managers and Solution Architects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in solutioning, bid management, and business acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and building strategy for complex bids.
- Deep domain expertise in Healthcare IT (working with Payers and Providers preferred).
