About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and possess expertise in successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations
  • Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
Requirements
  • Aligned for a field sales role, individual contributor, and expertise successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
