We are seeking an experienced and talented Freelance Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team from India. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving our permanent healthcare staffing efforts for healthcare professionals across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management daily to understand the current hiring requirements for various roles including RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Medical Directors, Radiologic Technologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical/non-clinical positions
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and communicating until onboarding
- Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compensation analysis, and hiring best practices
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our reputation as a premier healthcare recruitment partner

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in executive search/permanent staffing with a focus on U.S. healthcare recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of US systems, regulations, credentialing, and hiring processes
- Exceptional sourcing abilities and proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Solid understanding of US employment laws and ethical recruitment practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Ability to provide high volume submissions for W2 positions daily/weekly
- Need to have your own Jobsites/database of US healthcare professionals
- Willing to work strictly on a commission basis
