**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **experienced Freelance IT Recruiter** to help us identify and hire top IT talent. This role is ideal for self-driven professionals who have prior experience in IT hiring and can work independently on a closure-based model.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements clearly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Deliver quality profiles and close positions within defined timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of proven experience** in IT recruitment (agency or freelance).
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends.
- Excellent sourcing skills on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Should have a strong track record of successful closures in IT hiring.

**Compensation**:

- **Payment will be made on a per-closure basis** (incentive/commission-based model).
- Higher payouts for niche/critical positions.
