**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiterStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and job boardsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in [Industry-specific, e.g., BFSI, Real-estate, Pharma, Healthcare, ]

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)

Benefits:

- Competitive earning : ₹30,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
- Payout duration 45 / 60 / 90 days
- Projects TAT 20 days to 30days
