**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Learn and follow recruitment best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment concepts (training will be provided).
- Comfortable working remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Must have a laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.

**Good to Have (Not Mandatory)**:

- Familiarity with job portals or LinkedIn search.
- Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.

Pay: ₹6,816.79 - ₹25,891.56 per month
