**Position**: Freelance Recruiter

**Location**: Remote

**Compensation**: 50% of One Month Salary per Successful Placement

**Job Type**: Freelance, Part-time

- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter, with a track record of successful placements.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques and familiarity with online job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals efficiently.
- Access to key recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.
